It was a bright and cheerful weekend morning when Leo and Allen decided to go on a cycling tour to Allen’s Uncle Peter’s house.
The boys wore their helmets, packed some water, and started pedaling along the quiet country road.
Birds sang from the trees, butterflies danced near colorful flowers, and the fresh air made them feel full of energy.
When they reached Uncle Peter’s cozy house, he welcomed them warmly and praised them for cycling, saying it was great exercise for strong legs and a healthy heart.
Inside the house, Uncle Peter served them a big plate filled with pistachios, dates, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, and walnuts.
As they ate, Uncle Peter explained that these foods were full of natural energy, protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals.
The boys listened carefully while munching happily.
They felt full but not sleepy, strong but not heavy, and very proud that they were eating food that helped their bodies grow.

🌳 The Nut Superhero Game Under the Shady Tree
On their way back home, Leo and Allen stopped under a large roadside tree to rest.
They parked their cycles and remembered all the nuts Uncle Peter had given them.
Suddenly, Leo had a fun idea: “Let’s talk about each nut like a superhero and tell what it does for our body!” Allen loved the idea.
Leo started with pistachios, saying they help give quick energy, improve eyesight, and keep the heart healthy.
Allen added that dates are nature’s sweet candy, full of natural sugar, fiber, and iron, which helps keep blood strong and stops tiredness.
Then Allen pretended pumpkin seeds were tiny shields, explaining that they are rich in zinc and magnesium, which help boost immunity, improve sleep, and strengthen muscles.
Leo spun around like the sun and said sunflower seeds help our skin glow, hair grow strong, and brain stay sharp because they have vitamin E and healthy fats.
Next came almonds, which they called “brain food” because almonds are full of protein, calcium, and vitamin B, helping memory, strong bones, and good concentration.
Finally, Leo held up an imaginary walnut and said, “Walnuts look like brains because they help our brain work better!” Allen added that walnuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which help thinking, learning, and heart health.
They laughed, clapped, and agreed that healthy food could be super fun.
🏡 A Joyful Ride Home and a Healthy Goodbye
After their funny nutrition game, the boys felt refreshed and happy.
They hopped back onto their cycles and rode home with big smiles on their faces.
The evening breeze felt gentle, and they talked about how eating nuts and seeds helps kids grow taller, stay active, think smarter, and play longer.
When they reached Allen’s house, they parked their cycles and promised to eat healthy snacks instead of junk food.
Leo waved goodbye and said, “Today we learned that small nuts have big power!” Allen nodded and replied, “Yes, healthy food makes adventures even better.”
They said bye with cheerful hearts, knowing that friendship, exercise, and nutritious food made their day perfect.
